We were there for 1 night. The only good thing is they have smart TV in the room. Let's just say the photos on the website are nicer than the room itself when we get there. It is still an OK room. It is just the whole room smell like swimming pool and chlorine.

Deplorable room conditions!
Stains on the bed covers-previous body hairs not cleaned up on the bed topper- Medication left in the room bin, not cleaned up-Hair of some description not cleaned up in the shower- room looked out into a fronted up wall, with trash below-
This hotel and my experience was not worth and no- where near the £182 I paid!
I don't normally complain, but I would not wish any other poor traveller to experience what we had too.
The service on the front desk needs to be better also.

Hotel was great & had everything we needed, it’s slightly out dated but we liked this, the spa services, pool etc were amazing , the staff are so friendly. The meals are amazing esp breakfast , we would recommend this hotel & we will def use it again

excellent stay, spacious room, excellent staff and very clean the only thing is rooms need a little update but i will say overall is a great option to stay in plitchorny, will definitely recommend. Also, nice pool as well.

Fantastic stay as usual. First room not suitable as had bath but Anna in reception changed immediately. Excellent service from Adele in reception and bar. All staff friendly and helpful and room large and comfortable. There have been some renovation going on and looking really good. Only minus was the new set up on breakfast room as not much space between hit drinks machines and rest of continental buffet so when busy was cramped but quality of food was excellent. Highly recommend hotel.

Was an good hotel, the worst was a broken glass shower door, which flooded the bathroom and could have come off and here someone , that’s the not so good part

Staff great. Pool, reception all lovely. Really enjoyed breakfast. Room had clean bedding and towels but only complaint would be the extremely grubby carpet. Hotel central and I would stay again
